On June 17, 2010 was published in the BOE Royal Decree Law on Measures Urgent Reform of the Labour Market, which has been validated in the Congress of Deputies on June 22 and 10 day of September was approved as a Draft Law This book presents an analysis of the situation by that trade unions, employers and the Government have failed to reach an agreement and the reasons which have led to labor organizations, trade unions, to call the general strike.
