"... the realization of human rights work can not be doomed to be merely a result of economic systems, which, on a larger scale or more restricted be guided chiefly by the criterion of maximum profit. On the contrary, it is respect for the objective rights of the worker ... what should be the adequate and fundamental criterion for the formation of the whole economy, either in the dimension of society and throughout the State, either in the overall global economic policy and systems of international relationships that derive from it. "
(John Paul II:" (Laborem Exercens ", n º 17)

For the MMTC, the JOC and the Decent Work HOAC reported respect and dignity to people: it gives them the opportunity to participate in building society and social development. From a human standpoint, workers and workers need the recognition of society: health and safety at work, fair wages, and also job security. Decent work for all highly correlated with the achievement of the Millennium Goals and incontestable contributes to sustainable development.

A DECENT WORK for a new society]
Overcome Precarious . For a Decent Job.
This model of employment on workers caused great economic instability, lack of prospects for the future and the dependence of circumstances beyond their control, such as productivity of the company or the vagaries market. The world of work is a function dependent on the economy, which seriously undermines the cultural values \u200b\u200bof work and promotes a model very harmful to the dignity of the individual.

Economic Crisis
Justice for the impoverished working world! http://www.edicioneshoac.org/index1.html
With this reflection we intend to present the growing reality of impoverishment and dehumanization suffered by the working world. The economic crisis is a manifestation of the expansion of neoliberal capitalist system that uses and exploits workers based on the maximization of profit.

In the HOAC, this topic is included in the ongoing process of reflection and action, we have done through the commitment of each militant and the diocesan community and general task. And specifically in the HOAC Day, where we share and celebrate the life, suffering and struggles of the working world.

Our work to promote justice in the working world is part of our evangelizing mission as Christians and as Church. Act from the Gospel and the Social Doctrine of the Church, inspired by faith in Jesus Christ, who came to preach good news to the poor.
DAY HOAC
Brotherhood celebrate Workers' Catholic Action HOAC Day on Sunday May 7th, 2011 under the slogan: ECONOMIC CRISIS: Justice for the impoverished working world!
This day for us and us, is a privileged meeting point for celebrating and sharing the life of the HOAC with the working world and reflection and reporting the reality of conflict that is affecting the lives of many workers . With him we reaffirm our commitment to restore a sense of dignity, of being a worker and the son and daughter of God and our hope of helping to return Christ to the poor, the working world and work.
This year we get closer to the bleeding faces this economic crisis we are suffering and show the growing reality of impoverishment and dehumanization suffered by the working world. The current situation of precariousness and impoverishment is not due solely to the economic crisis, but the effect of rampant economic and productive system in effect, further aggravated by the crisis, especially in our country in regard to unemployment.
According VI FOESSA Foundation Report, between 1994 and 2007 Spain experienced economic growth above the European average, but poverty rates in these years remained around 20%. That is, the jobs created in recent years has not served to reduce the pocket of poverty and that many workers remain in it while operating.

Therefore, the depletion is a structural injustice in our society, due to the unfair distribution of goods, is a fundamentally political problem. Aware of the impoverishment as injustice is now critical task, because in our society tends to hide and blame and blame the impoverished people of their own situation. Build a society worthy of the dignity of the human being is because the fight against poverty is at the center of political action.

The Gospel and the Social Doctrine of the Church provide us with a project of humanization, of being and living from Jesus Christ, and another way to understand and build social relationships, the economy, employment, politics, culture ... - that put the individual at the heart of reality and especially to the impoverished. The task of promoting justice in the working world is part of our evangelizing mission as believers and as a church from the spirit that gives us faith in Jesus Christ, who came to proclaim the Good News to the poor.

Our aim is that we share, now and forever the lives and aspirations of the victims of the working world, firstly with each other and to our parishes, groups and Christian movements, civic organizations and all workers.
