As workers of the Secretariat for Family Agriculture and Rural Development - Delegation Jujuy, affiliates ATE and involved in defending the job of our colleague Miriam Lescano, reaffirm:
• the possibility of non-renewal of contract (dismissal) occurs in the context of labor precariousness in which we are exposed / o the workers / is the state for 16 years in the former PSA (Agricultural Social Program).
• job insecurity that allows conflicting situations in the workplace so the decision is arbitrary.
• job insecurity that allows this in the workplace abuse of authority and workplace violence.
• job insecurity that allows assessments job performance be made selectively and under no explicit criteria.
Given this situation, our demands are:
job stability. FLOOR STANDING GO TO STATE EMPLOYEES. STOP THE LAYOFFS
ESCUBIERTOS THROUGH NO GARBAGE CONTRACT RENEWAL EVALUATION CRITERIA
EXPLICIT AND CLEAR UNDER THE LAW OF THE FEDERAL PUBLIC EMPLOYEE. PARTICIPATION IN THE GUILD Evaluation Commission
NOT ALLOW PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE CONFLICT participate in the assessments. WORKERS MUST BE EVALUATED TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR KNOWLEDGE AND ASSESSMENTS.
