APPOINTMENT.
ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY SECTION 6: The appointment of local agents for the Mayor or the President of City Council, who are the enforcement authority within their respective jurisdictions under this scheme.
TRIAL SECTION 7: Any appointment is provisional until he acquires stability. This right acquired the twelve (12) months in the absence, previously founded opposition and duly notified by competent authority, except as provided for foreigners. During the trial period the agent may be required to carry out training activities and / or training which results may make its final status. Must also satisfy the requirements of Article 3, subsection d). "
