Article 14 bis .- The work in its various forms shall enjoy the protection of the laws, to ensure to workers: dignified and equitable conditions of work, time limited, paid rest and vacations, pay fair, living wage mobile, equal pay for equal work, participation in the profits of enterprises, production control and collaboration management, protection against arbitrary dismissal; stability of public employment, trade union free and democratic, recognized by the mere registration in a special register.
the unions is guaranteed by appointment collective bargaining agreements, recourse to conciliation and arbitration, the right to strike. Union representatives shall have the guarantees necessary for the fulfillment of their union and those related to job stability.
The State will give the social security benefits, which shall be an integral and indispensable. In particular, the laws shall establish: compulsory social insurance, which will be undertaken by national or provincial entities with financial and economic autonomy, administered by stakeholders with state ownership, without any overlapping of contributions, retirement and pensions; the comprehensive protection of the family, the defense of the homestead, family allowances and access to decent housing.
